The video of my talk on the Kurdish womens movement two weeks ago in Brussels. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of the war situation in Kurdistan, I was not able to focus too much on the womens movement itself. Instead, I decided to speak more about the current situation. As you can tell from my tone, I was really upset about the Islamic States vicious attacks on #Kobanê - Im normally not that aggressive of a person, but we cannot tolerate this disgusting mentality launching a war on humanity and especially on women.
