There are lots of self proclaimed gurus on the internet claiming they know nutrition, that science and medicine have got it all wrong, that they are the lone voice of reason, that it is all a conspiracy blah blah blah. Generally they are not even health professionals, occasionally they are but often in a different field. When the vast majority of scientific opinion agrees on something, theres usually a good reason for that - its called evidence.
