No employee is prohibited from purchasing any Food and Drug Administration approved drug or device, and contraception remains readily available and accessible for all women nationwide. Accessibility is directly affected by affordability. If you do not have insurance coverage for the type of birth control you need, and you do not make enough money to pay for it on your own, and you make too much to qualify for Medicaid, you do not have access to that care. In addition, many members of Congress who voted for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 have stated that this interpretation was not the intent of the law. It was enacted to protect an individuals freedom of religion. Do you honestly believe businesses that incorporate to avoid personal liability should have the right to impose personal beliefs? That its OK to ask for the governments protection and then refuse to follow its rules? You were right to say there are distortions about the Hobby Lobby decision. Many of them are in your piece.
