Since Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ, I wonder how that St. Nick (his day is December 6?) got crammed into delivery on 12/24. Seems that gift giving is more reminiscent of the Three Wise Men bringing gifts to the Christ Child, which allegedly occurred on Epiphany, which is January 6. So ..... Shouldnt Santa come on St. Nicks day? And shouldnt we give gifts on Epiphany? And on Chirstmas, we JUST celebrate Christs birth?
