This case is a classic example of citizens doing the right thing and calling the police when things seem out of place. A horrible tragedy was avoided yesterday when police in Waseca, Minnesota arrested a teen who had been plotting an attack on his family and classmates. The boys plans were discovered after a woman reported his suspicious behavior. We are so thankful that a bystanders vigilance has prevented an unthinkable act of mass violence.
