This going on my list to try - VERY SOON! Looks to be simple enough for even me to execute. I did try the Chicken Fajita (sp?) last week - made a major mistake - read 2 tsps of Chili Powder as 2 Tablespoons - lol. It was still good, easy and simple - on the same order as this one except I used already cooked chicken strips from the deli. Everything put into one dish - drizzle the oil and seasonings over the top and bake in the oven.
