This is a great video for women to watch! Occasionally we have women who see the professional female athletes competing in the CrossFit Games on TV and get the misconception that CrossFit makes you bulky. Building strength doesnt necessarily correlate to size and bulk. The prevailing theory that high reps with light/moderately heavy weight will tone your body is another huge misconception and its this type of volume that builds bulk. With CrossFit we focus on strength versus size and our constantly varied approach creates functionally strong, natural looking athletic physiques.
