The countys news release stated that Council President Bud Otis and council members M.C. Keegan-Ayer, Tony Chmelik and Jessica Fitzwater planned to attend an orientation for newly elected officials. ----------------- On Monday, Gardner sent an email to the council explaining that Council President Bud Otis had requested a fourth spot and providing a revised map of the parking spaces. One of the four spaces will be reserved for Otis, while the other three will be up for grabs by other council members, according to Gardner.
