This is my beautiful friends Shawna, toys was a rough weekend. Im so proud of her strength. She had been amazing in the midst of a lot of story after story about cancer. Its tough to submerge yourself in the middle of a city and place whose whole focus is about your daily struggle. It was an honor to be with her. She is full of dignity and clothes herself with fine linen. Here she is, enjoying the blues, a gift she gave to me, Donna and Melinda. Watching her listen to and enjoy soul music.
