This is not intended to offend those of you who know how to speak correctly and CHOOSE not in casual settings, or even those of you who just dont know how to speak correctly because where you were raised did not give you a quality education. This is however intended to offend those of you who dont know how to speak correctly and belittle those of us who do. If you are so blinded by ignorance that you ever used the term talking white to describe someone who knows proper pronunciation or has a vocabulary beyond a 5rd grade level this should offend you. Its that exact brand of ignorance that contributes to us being stagnant as a people. When we associate white with intelligence its not white people that are keeping us down, its our selves.
