This is the dilemma people who want to report abuse in the family are faced with... the prospect that the child will be further abused by the system. Terri Johnson, Brigitte Harris. My own sister died in the system, being used like a lab rat for experimentation (which I only recently found out about). She died in solitary confinement where any number of abuses may have occurred and since she couldnt talk (she was severely mentally retarded) she was a prime target for unspeakable acts. This mans message is clearly to PROTECT the children, himself a survivor, only 4 of the original 16 boys did not kill themselves.
