This is too cool not to share: Eleven years ago today I walked into the doors of New Covenant, broken and lost after years of addiction and my own self-destructive behavior. I remember how tangible the presence of God was and I just kept crying as The Lord was drawing me to him, removing the shame and torment I had been experiencing. I gave my heart to Jesus that day and made a commitment to turn and start new, running towards Him. Today, exactly eleven years later, I had the privilege of being the guest speaker at the church in Hagerstown, preaching a message on breaking free from the Codependent Cycle. Look at what God can do!!
