This might be the smallest group on record (7!!) but we sure made it a bountiful exchange! To toast the occasion, I brought out some homemade concord grape juice from the vine growing a mere 2 away - hows that for local. Thanks to Cory Stargel for identifying my variety. I am so happy to know that Im growing something special (and his favorite grape). Besides the concord grapes, there were black table grapes, 2 types of tomatoes, chard, grapefruit, a mound of carrots, chocolate chip zucchini cookies, calamondin marmalade, heads of lettuce, sage, lavender, bay, oregano, garlic chives, pineapple sage, rosemary, basil and more. Had a great time hosting as always.
