This past weekend, the Palestine Summer Encounter group toured the towns of Lydd, Ramle, and Jaffa along with an American group from Hope Equals. We were struck by the similarities that weve seen across borders, all across Palestine: from the common challenges of walls, demolitions, and suffocated economic opportunities, to the common assets such as hospitality, humor, and resilience of the people. We also enjoyed a quick swim in the Mediterranean Sea!
