This photo taken at Macksville Railway Station back in 1980 shows me at 4 years of age with my Grandma Lorna Partridge, Grandfather Aden Partridge & my father. It is the only photo That I own that shows the old Goods Shed which was removed around 1986 87 by one of my best school friends Matthew Mulhall father Ron Mulhall who worked as a bridge carpenter/fettler based at Macksville at the southern Sydney end of the platform, was their work shed now also removed. The goods shed was pulled down & relocated & rebuilt on the Mulhalls farm on the south side of the Nambucca River on the road to Bowraville. I believe the shed would still be on the farm as they sold the farm back in the 90s. I am hoping this photo will bring back memories of the goods shed at Macksville Railway Station & hopefully there might be someone else out there with a photo of it they could post & share with me, I have been researching the history of the Macksville station for around 20 years now & this is the only photo I have of the goods shed. Cheers Glenn
