This same photo, my sister posted yesterday, here again my FB friend in Cambodia post this once again, with the good new written in Khmer language, about the US Embassy in Phnon Penh, Cambodia told the news media that, the US government donated $20 million to help the poor families with school annual fees and supplies to send their children to attend school (estimated about 150,000), for the reason to reduce children who couldnt afford to attend school due to lacking of fund by at least 80% for the next 3 years in 3 provinces: Battambang, Siem Reap, and Kompong Thom. Thanks to the US Government and the people of United State of America.
