This was a long Summer of bad eating habits, lighter workouts, and longer sleep ins :( But Im getting back into it and making the change! Mix up your workouts! Circuits are my favorite! Pic 4 of your favorite full body exercises, put them together, and do that 3 times with little breaks! Here I am doing... Warm up- I did a 5 mile run bc of my ATM training ;) 10 box jumps 10 pike ups with a ball 8-10 straight leg dead lifts with 95 lbs 25 ball leg curls (keep hips lifted! *Then repeat for a total of 3 rounds!* This was my 3rd round so form was a little sloppy but felt good after I was done :)
