This was contributed by students from St. Scholasticas College who are doing a thesis about the struggles of farmers, fisherfolks, and Agta Dumagat tribe against a development project, Aurora Pacific Economic Zone or APECO, in Casiguran, Aurora. Billions of pesos of the taxpayers money were misused in this project, same with pork barrel scam.
