This wee early morning, I boarded on 6:30am Southwest flight from San Jose to the connecting flight in Chicago to Washington, DC. I was stuck in the plane for good two hours--the plane left the gate then went back, switched pilots, left the gate then went back. I knew I would miss my connecting flight, so I got up and walked off the plane and found out the engine was not working properly. I went to the customer service. I was only fourth person behind the line before the rest of the entire passengers came out of the plane after a while. I waited and waited in the line for nearly one hour just to get the different flight ticket. Finally, I got a new flight from San Jose to the connecting flight in Denver to Baltimore at 12:55pm. It got delayed a bit, but finally took off to Denver. I got there thinking that it would be close to the next flight. It was delayed and then changed to the different plane at other gate because the initial plane broke down. I would not be home until past midnight. I hope my carriage would not turn into pumpkin this time. Oh, what a joy. I am truly blessed. =]
