This week has taken its toll. Truth be told, up until 6-7 weeks ago I was seeing a therapist for 1-2 hours a week. An event occurred which, for whatever reason, has removed her from being able to work since happening. While I dont know the specifics of what has kept her from being able to work, I have fully realized through her absence not only how helpful this therapist has been to me but how much I have come to rely on her week in and week out. As I reflect on the past month and a half I am actually surprised by how strong I have remained in some pretty intensely rough moments, however, I post this asking for each one of you to take a quick moment to say a prayer or send out an intention for my counselor Tricia to get through whatever has kept her from working so I can resume working on my pain and baggage with her assistance which is already long overdue. I have been offered a temporary replacement until she returns, but the idea of starting a new relationship of that sort fills me with all kinds of anxiety. If you could do this small favor for me Id be most appreciative. Thanks all!!
