This year, the MAER (Marine Animal Entanglement Response) team from the Provincetown Center for Coastal Studies marks its 30th season as the worldwide, groundbreaking, team-work driven model for distentanglement of marine life across the world, and as a strong voice for marine mammal rescue and research. This video demonstrates the first of over 200 whale rescues that MAER has performed.
