Thought this would be fun to share. Spider man & a towel workout If youve underestimated a towel workout - I invite you to try the following: cycle though this lineup without stopping. Do it 3x through resting 1min in between the three sets- not between each move. (Will work on paper plates over carpet too) Sliding pike x 15 Knee to opposite elbow x10/side Knee outside to same elbow x10/side Side to side sliding planks x10/side Sliding in plank (feet pull in no pike) crunch x15 Followed by fast single knee to chest until failure. (Mask optional)
