Time today for my complaint. My issue today is with bad drivers. Specifically those with handicapped tags. I understand that the disabled and elderly need to get places but that tag does not allow you to drive however you want. I was just on my way up to get a redbox DVD when this jackass with a handicapped tag drives across 2 lanes of traffic and the median cutting me off. A week or so ago the kids and myself were nearly run over in the Kroger parking lot by an old lady who didnt even look before she backed up. I think ANYONE who has a handicapped tag should have to compete a full drivers test every year. The elderly and handicapped may not be involved in many accidents but I am willing to bet they cause a lot of other drivers to have them.
