Dear All, It is a reminder to Hero Moto Corp for the complaint status and Notice Reply of M/S Nitin Auto Sales. With reference to your Notice dated 11.11.2014, I have some queries and clarification for you. Your notice seems incomplete because the entire allegations are false and having incomplete information, so please provide the detail in order to take further actions. According to your notice you have mentioned the below mentioned allegation on me so I would like to have a little more detail on this. In your point number 2 - According to your notice your client have taken the fair value of the bike and deliver me the bike, So I would like to know Bribe of RTO is the part of fair value ? why complete bill of the cash receipt amount was not provided to me as of now, despite of several reminder to Hero Moto Corp and Nitin Auto Sales, I have not received the Original RTO payment receipt from them, if it was the fair value then why Mr. Abhinav (Area Sales Manager ) Mr. Navneet Bansal (Owner Nitin Auto Sales) and Mr. Nitin Bansal (Partner Nitin Auto Sales )phoned me multiple times in order to get the refund of INR 350 which is taken as a bribe for RTO at the time of purchasing and after my police complaint which turn in service charges. In your point number 3 - According to your notice I have spread the fictitious story, false evidence, and threating email sent to Hero Moto Corp official email-Here I would like to clarify you that I have sent the email with documentary proof with phone call recorded evidence, the same is available with your clients Principal company Hero Moto Corp, you can do the forensic test of the voice recording and I have sent email to know the status of the complaint, which does not come under the threating email, Kindly let me know which threating letter , false evidence and fictitious story you are referring here. In your Point number 4 - According to the notice I have been satisfied by the Hero Moto Corp officers, I have given threatening to your client Mr. Navneet Bansal (Owner Nitin Auto Sales) and Mr. Nitin Bansal (Partner Nitin Auto Sales) on phone and I have sent email to other bike company - I would like to ask you who have satisfied me on my concern from Hero Moto Corp , please let me know the email id, time, date and phone number, when they called me or send me clarification and when I have given my consent on their clarification because without consent satisfaction of concern cannot be considered, I have recording of all the calls and written email ,which I have received from Hero Moto Corp officers so I will check this again as far as I know I have discussed this issue of RTO bribe and they are trying to manipulate the same from the bribe to the service charges and please let me know the time, date, and phone number through which I given threatening to your client . Yes I have copied other company in the email because Abhinav Sharma ( Hero Moto Corp officer ) asked me to check from other companies too, because according to him all the bike companies are collecting bribe for RTO. So in order to confirm them I have copied them in the email. In your point number 5 - According to you my complaint have been investigated by police and according to their closing report on 16.10.2014, my complaint is false, so I would request you to please share me the closing report of 16.10.2014, I have sent someone to the Rakabganj Thana and according to them they have no such closing report. I would like to the have the same for further Investigation . Kindly share the same. In your point number 6 - According to you I have asked for the discount on bike and when I did not get the discount from the dealers I have presented false evidence which deteriorate the image of your client and he suffered a business loss - In this I would like to clarify, yes I have asked for the corporate discount and other schemes as in general business most of the companies given corporate discount and schemes to their customer and it is not a crime, I would like to ask you which false evidence you are referring here please confirm me. In your point number 7- According to you I have sent the false complaint of my friend through email to the Hero Moto Corp and for any concern we should visit your client Showroom - Here I would like to clarify you that my friend whose complaint I have referred to the Hero Moto Corp is completely correct he have been charged in excess of INR 2300 and did not given the complete invoices for the amount which he have paid and he have visited the showroom of your client with his concern on Diwali, and their he have been humiliated by Mr. Ravi (your client showroom salesman). First they have shown the bill of the difference amount which was completely fake in order to make them satisfy and at last when my friend ask for the bill your showroom salesman did not given the bill. At last my all the complaints are fair and justified with the evidences provided to you and I have raised my concern with the complete evidences which cannot be proved wrong, I am still looking for the answer of my complaints as well as my friend complaint from Hero Moto Corp. I will send the reminder till I get the reply from them. Kindly consider this as a final reminder thereafter we would be constraint to file a FIR against the Hero Moto Corp officials and owner and employees of Nitin Auto Sales on account of forgery, tax evasion, and mal-practices at their showroom. I am also looking for a reply from your Nitin Auto sales on the allegation which you have mentioned in the email. Please refrain from approaching my friend and relative for compromising on this case through Dr. Kaushal and Mr. Nitin Bansal and stop all the illegal mal-practices at your showroom.
