To all my friends... Id like to say Im sorry... I know its a real buzzkill to get on facebook and see all kinds of horrific posts about the children being brutally murdered in iraq right now as we safely scroll through our facebook feeds... I know Ive been posting a lot about it lately... Trust me Id love to go back to facebook as normal... But I just cant.. I find it impossible to just ignore it all... I find myself incapable of just going on with life as usual... and yea Im aware.. Im not completely delusional... I know things such as facebook posts are not a the best means of bringing about world change... Im not trying to change the world with a post... obviously posts dont change the world... people do... people like you and I... we may not be able to do much... but whether we believe it or not we can do something... And although Id love to do more.. until I figure out what the heck that is I can at least pray... and I can at least contact my government and cry out for the U.S. to take action... and I can at least bring awareness through Facebook and other means... reminding someone.. to do what they can.. even if that is no more than them uttering a simple prayer to God on these childrens behalf... So.. Id like to lie and say Im sorry if Im bothering anyone... but honestly If i can cause even one more person to send up even one more 3 second prayer for those precious children over there screaming out in terror... then frankly its worth annoying you... and Im not sorry... my heart breaks for these people being mutilated, raped, beheaded, etc. simply because of their religion... and i dont care if youre religious or not... if whats going on over there doesnt bother you... then Im not the one who should feel sorry... you are
