To my dear Sampath Bank, You guys have one amazing bank. tried to withdraw some cash at 11.15pm yesterday at the ATM at wella and the card was retained after entering my pin once(correctly) attempting to contact the customer care on the number you have provided on the document with the pin number led to an answering machine when i wanted to speak to a customer care exec. AMAZING RIGHT? Moving on i came to this amazing fb page only to find the contact number on this is the same useless number i had tried earlier... As i did not want to give up on this amazing bank I decided to go to their website where i got the number of their Customer Relations which was +94722 271004 but once again had the AMAZING experience of the call not being connected... Not to give up so easily i looked some more... after a little more searching i found the number 0115314814 that was the sampath bank premium card number... FINALLY i got through to a human but he said he cannot help me and gave me another number... 0112 300 598 Amazingly enough that number did not work... Surprising right? totally. So i called your premium card number once again to be put on hold and be given another number after a couple of minutes. in the end. 0112 300 604 worked. but the exec at the other end was quite helpless as he was not sure what had happened... he too confirmed that i had entered my pin number just once and the card had been retained... thank you for this amazing experience. I will be sure to share my wonderful experience with my friends. AMAZING stuff. thank you :)
