Today I completed the ALS Challenge. I was challenged by by GOOD friend Kim Hewitt and fellow Council Candidate, Mason Ainsworth. I completed it in memory of former VCARS Volunteer Heather Low who died of this dreaded disease and I will make a donation to ALS. I nominated my son, David Hehn (who I am giving extra time because he is coming up to do my Campaign Launch Thursday night), Steve Clarke (who can do it when he returns from his holiday) and my favorite sister, Syd Dyck. My Husband does not go on Facebook....so he really was not sure of the drill...the video is self explanatory!
