Today (Monday, Jan. 27) SVSU will host a symposium aimed at generating ideas for establishing the arts and boosting business in underutilized downtown spaces in cities along the I-75 corridor. The event - part of SVSUs student-led B.A.T. Project: Business, Art and Theatre Reinvent Urban Communities program - is planned in from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in SVSUs Rhea Miller Recital Hall and is free and open to the public.
