Today and really the past few weeks have been very eye opening and quite honestly heart opening for me. Ive lost a few people that I have loved along my path too early for me to be able to understand the why of it all! Last night I worked with my dear friend Renee Airya on some things that were really holding me back from when I was a little girl. Renee allowed me to open up to her fully so that I could move past some fears anxieties and pain I had been holding onto in the very pit of my stomach. Renee also shared with me a story from her childhood and that made it easy for me to open up fully to her
