Today is June 25th and were halfway to Christmas! Oh and happy birthday to my chucklehead cousin Anthony....who needed to tell the world I owned a Nickelback CD at one point! Lies and slander sir! LIES AND SLANDER!!! LOL Anyway heres why I said it was a good one: Do more than exist: live. Do more than touch: feel. Do more than look: observe. Do more than hear: listen. Do more than listen: understand. Do more than think: reflect. Do more that just talk: say something Do or do not; there is no try (this ones mine LOL) Honestly, thats all I could think of when I first read this! LOL To me, this life is not a life unless youre living every minute in your OWN way! It doesnt have to be the way somebody else lives it because thats THEIR way! When we start to open our minds and our hearts, think of the possibilities! Its not about breathing and living. Its about living the way we are meant to live and not letting ourselves hold us back. This past week of getting up and exercising, devotionals and meditation (probably my favorite LOL) like I did last year is helping me feel SO much better, physically AND mentally! I have made it a point to at least go to bed sooner and I can feel my clothes getting bigger because of this! (Mostly because of the stretch workouts I do because its making me stop slouching all the time) Seriously I think this going to be to be a long time thing again! I honestly hope Im helping just ONE person a day feel better about themselves, even if it is for 5 minutes. Love you guys, KEEP MOVING FORWARD
