Today is Magh 5, 2071 and we have started to collect recyclable waste from the communities of Baghbhairav, Kirtipur. Since, this is a start of the initiative, we were able to collect only 700 kgs. The recyclable waste that has been collected were given away to the scrap vendors who will send to the recycling industries. If you are living in Kirtipur and are much aware with the pollution and support to clean environment, you are more than welcome to start collect those recyclable wastes generated in your house/neighboring houses. we will come to collect on coming Falgun 5th 2017, i.e February 17, 2015 again. this will help to clean our city and reduce the waste going to Landfill.
