Today was perhaps one of the most annoying days if I were to ever - TopicsExpress

Today was perhaps one of the most annoying days if I were to ever go by my FB activity. Today I realized why I shouldnt randomly like pages just because someone has asked me to. First the Book Bucket Challenge, which started out as fun but even that got trickled down to it being a unnecessary waster of space on my news feed =/ Not that I am complaining about all of those who have participated in this, in fact, I even loved and admired some of the bucket lists. But what I realized today is the importance of keeping your news feed healthy. I have been perhaps too kind on accepting a lot of unknown/random requests (friendship, page likes, etc.). The blame lies more on my part to choose who/what I must add/like so that my news feed is not full of jargon and unnecessary spam. //Must prune that list And adding to that, random coords, former cores of various festivals (not just one but 2 many) liking pictures from previous years editions. Its like one guy persistently sitting on his desktop liking and sharing all the previous year photos. My news feed had just become scrapbook of a ten year old kid with nothing that would interest me. Please if you want your page to garner publicity, likes, etc., have good content on your page/posters and let it do the talking, and NOT using someones PC and going on a liking spree. Trust me you are doing more harm than benefit to that page.
