Today we are going to highlight Krystyn Way in the Biz Hub who is the Health Information Specialist. She joined our team almost a year ago and has accomplished so much in such a short time. She is truly an asset to our team; making workflow change to decrease time spent on tasks while maintaining quality. Our optometric network enjoy speaking to her and often times asks for her directly when requesting records on mutual patients. Her pleasant demeanor and consistent teamwork attitude is contagious and spreads like wildflowers in the Biz Hub. Her eagerness to continue to learn is very apparent and even with Medical Records as her primary job, Krystyn has been able to find time to assist Willa in the HR department as well as expand her knowledge in understanding pre-eligibility for upcoming office visits. She has a great understanding of teamwork and we are so very lucky to have her on our team!
