Today we could see just a few weak isolated showers and storms over eastern inland parts and along the ranges from Bundaburg south to Coffs Harbour < remember just inland from those areas. Storm steering winds are towards the north and north west so these are not expected to reach the coast, only very little rain is expected. Down further in NSW I thought Id mention the area from say Bathurst to Canberra where storms are likely today. A few of these storm could be severe too so keep an eye out, steering winds will have them moving East to North East. Temperatures in QLD are warming up significantly today and it will be hot over the interior ahead of a 3 to 4 day Heatwave starting tomorrow.
