Today we laid my father Bob Archibald to rest at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.(Military cemetery due to his 22 years of service in the Air Force) We laid a big bouquet of sunflowers on his grave. He always grew all sorts of decorative sunflowers in his vegetable garden, even this last year of his life when he was barely able to make it out there to do the planting. I know he will be smiling looking down on us, and would love this photo!
