Todays workout: PiYo Sweat! Some of you may think that you cant do some of the PiYo moves from the other videos Ive shared, so I wanted to show you that there is a modifier on all of the DVDS! Following the modified version doesnt mean youre weak, it means youre smart. We all have to start somewhere!
