Tonight Santa Cruz city council passed changes to an existing ordinance that states if a person gets a citation in any park or on Pacific Ave., they cant be in any park or Pac. Ave. for the next 24 hours. A second citation = 1 week stay away; 7 citations = 1 year stay away. It is the most aggressive anti-homeless law Ive ever heard about and the city chambers were virtually empty when they passed it. Santa Cruz SUCKS!!!!
