Tonight is the first night I am attempting to rely on the baby monitor to wake me up when Gehrig needs me. It is going to be weird sleeping in a different room than my baby, he has been next to me every night since he was born. He weighs too much for the bassinet now (16.4 pounds!) and has to sleep in his crib. I have a feeling I may find myself sleeping on the nursery floor around 1:00 in the morning.
