Too many people have made their own amendments to the Word of God simply because they do not want to be obedient to biblical doctrine. Those who try to amend the Word of God do so at their own peril. Our culture and way of life are contrary to many biblical teachings. We Americans must understand it is we who have strayed or modernized ourselves away from God and not the other way around.
