Too much focus on church needs: train leaders, more finances, right strategy and other too many of our little human inventions to mention. If we only send our members out in the field surely they would learn to be servants. Leaders are trained more in conferences listening to blog experts whos job is thinking endlessly. Servants directly do the job and learn from it. As of finances need, the church can simply sell its properties and facilities and these alone can meet the needs of millions of saints who are poor. And the poor around us too. We would become instantly the light and salt of this world. The media could report saying Look, how they love one another! Doing and joining conferences to get the best strategy only complicates Jesus strategy in winning our world. Finding houses of peace is always the answer to reach our world. Going out, not comfortably sitting in rows, as workers in His field has kept Jesus promise to be with us to the very ends of the earth.
