> Top of the Day to You. It is another beautiful weekend and I believe that you now have a vision for your life. You see, Vision practically alters your life; it restructures you from inside and turns you into a magnet. When people come around you, they begin to get a sense of direction for their lives and a sense of assurance about the future. Grow to the size of the vision. This is the most critical factor in pursuing your vision. If you really have a vision, it will be bigger than where you are. Within the context of that vision you will see a new you. Probably you just resigned from your job or got fired, but in your vision you see yourself as a CEO of a group of companies or a multi-national company; you see your international headquarters, in fact you are not the CEO but the president of a massive organization. The first step is to become the person in that dream. That means you must change. You cannot grow an organization, or grow other people around you if you are not growing. Grow yourself to the size of your vision; you will attract people and resources you have never attracted before. The place for you to grow is in your heart. You do not attract more than you are worth per time.
