We recommend more information than not, we tend to look at things a little bit different, we position ourselves as if we were the reviewers, many people think that less information is better, I believe quite the contrary, as a reviewer if I cannot understand your plans and or your objective with your project you’re bound to be rejected, that’s why in addition to making sure we have adequate information on our plans, we also initiate a Scope of Work letter, which although lengthy, does include not only the Scope of Work, the intent of the work, and conditions of the actual property and building, this makes for a smoother transition during the plan review process.
