Tropical Storm Chantal =============== An unusually early-season tropical storm is swiftly making its way to the Lesser Antilles and, probably, Hispaniola after this. First hit will probably be Barbados, St. Lucia, Martinique, Dominica and Guadeloupe with strong winds and heavy rain showers and thunderstorms. The storm is expected to pass over the Windward Islands between the early hours and evening of Tuesday, July 9th.
