Two weeks after cheating death on the operating table we lost Maggie last Sunday. She made us laugh; spinning in circles, drinking in 3s, trying to talk to us with a t-shirt or some other item of clothing in her mouth, her humpy-butt spasms when youd touch her back, and backing into the bedroom because she didnt like to turn that corner on the laminate floor. She would make us crazy; dawdling in the back yard, pulling up flowers I had just planted, eating my tomatoes, and butt scooting on the carpet. She taught Lambeau that the proper response to visitors was to greet them, not run into the corner and pee. And every now and again she would still play chase with Sadie in the back yard. She was one of the sweetest dogs EVER!She will be missed - by us humans as well as her fur siblings. Rest in Peace, Maggie Moo.
