Type 1 Diabetics PLEASE READ. Lori WelchPlexus Biz / Ambassador Health Team! February 4 · FROM MY HUSBAND JEFF WELCH. HE WROTE THIS Lots of you have private messaged me for help with a customer with type 1 diabetes. I have personally answered many of you. I figured it would be best to ask him to share! In June of 2013, after my wife thoroughly researched every aspect, factor and makeup of Plexus, I began the Pink Drink on a Monday. The ensuing Thursday morning, my blood sugar measured a tight and fit 80 and has continued in that range since. Here is how it started... I am 50 years old and have been an insulin-dependent Type-1 Diabetic for 30 years. Thankfully, there have been no complications to date, which puts me in a 1% group. Twelve years ago, our family Doctor ordered my annual labs to gauge how the various readings were doing, Cholesterol, A1C, Thyroid, kidneys, etc... About a week later, he called both of us into his office and informed us that because of the poor kidney results, I would need to get in line for a kidney transplant (at 38 years old). And furthermore, there is about a seven-year time horizon (life span) for that kidney. This floored my wife, and she began her 100% passionate heartfelt dive into the study of health of the human body. This was HER catalyst to what she knows today, and my catalyst to enjoying the health benefits of Plexus. And by the way, the lab results were mistaken, and when new readings were taken, my numbers were normal-no complications. But there has, over the years, I had been dealing with a stubborn, lingering potential catalyst to the complications Diabetics are known to attract...this being Dawn Phenomenon. Simply put, DF is unexplained consistent high early morning blood sugar levels in a Diabetic. My readings were ranging anywhere from 225-400, and I could not seem to shake it. It affected my sleep, my energy levels and very importantly my A1C readings. These are all precursors to Diabetic complications, which once they rear their ugly head, they typically snowball slowly to an early death. That Thursday morning last June, my life changed. Since then, with blood sugar readings in the 80-110 range, and my A1C readings down significantly, I walk with confidence that my grandchildren will actually get to meet and spend time with the grandpa that BEAT THE ODDS! I am currently on one fourth the insulin I was taking before using Plexus Slim and have not changed my diet. My joints feel better; my stamina is heightened; and I can much more easily be the husband and father God has called me to be. I thank my wife, Lori from the bottom of my heart for her passion and love.
