UFBU MUST FIGHT BOLDLY TO GET JUSTICE FOR ALL WE KNOW IBA IS MORE ADAMANT, NEVER BOW YOUR HEADS, FIGHT FOR JUSTICE, EQUITY and RIGHTS and all must live with dignity in this most advanced Cyber Age. Remember, ITS NOW or NEVER. Never forget you have promised to set right all issues of Retirees and Pensioners too. Along with Working Bankers, more than 300000 Retirees and Pensioners are with you and apart AIBRF already have 1,05000 seasoned soldiers. Two points IBA has so far agreed, one on effective date from 01.11.2012, from this date all staffs will get arrears, another DA merger into existing Basic pay 4440 points from available DA rates, based on that aforesaid new basics of all clerks and Officers have been calculated to its minimal level so as to be agreed by IBA most probabilistically. Implementation part will be decided only in the next meet, shortly to be held. UFBU must do all needful to pressurize IBA without showing any backtrack/ leniency as per their agreed Charter of Demand already submitted to IBA, and without ignoring their promise towards all Bank Retirees and Pensioners too where a lot of ambiguity, full of discrimination and injustice to all those Senior Citizen are facing. Here AIBRF - who has 1,05000 retirees Members with them and AIBRF has taken lead with UFBU but outcome is most unpredictable. UFBU should never bent upon on IBA dirty tactics who made lakh of Retirees to knock the door of High Courts and Supreme Courts too, at this Old Age. Shame on IBA. Remember one thing, United we win, and divided we are not only big fool but equally big looser too. Its now or never, UFBU must use very aggressive stand and bold approach on this round negotiating Table. UFBU must Bang and Bang and Bang. UFBU should not forget that the entire National Finance and Economy is the hand of all present Bankers at large. They must win all what is incorporated in COD.
