It doesnt mean that you wont be getting any snow. Our final snowfall forecast will be out soon! *Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 9pm Sunday until 12pm Monday for the following counties: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Highland, Pickaway, Warren. Snow accumulations of three to five inches. *Lake Effect Snow Watch in effect from Monday afternoon to Wednesday morning for the following counties: Ashtabula Inland and Lakeshore and Lake. Snow accumulations of 3-6 inches are possible with with an additional 6-12 inches depending on where the lake effect bands line up. Snow will begin tonight and transition to lake effect by Monday evening. With winds at 10-20mph, drifting and blowing snow may develop. Take caution on the roads, as they will become snow packed and slippery, especially in the overnight hours. Visibilities will be reduced as well. The winter weather advisory still remains in effect also (see below) *Winter Weather Advisories for the following counties: From 1am to 3pm Monday: Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Muskingum, Tuscarawas. Snow accumulations of two to four inches. From 1am to 3pm Monday: Ashtabula Inland and Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Holmes, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Wayne. Snow accumulations of three to six inches, with winds that could produce blowing snow. From 9pm Sunday until 12pm Monday: Ashland, Crawford, Erie, Hancock, Huron, Knox, Lorain, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot. Snow accumulations of three to six inches, with winds that could produce blowing snow. From 12am Monday until 3pm Monday: Delaware, Franklin, Licking. Snow accumulations of four to six inches (up from three to five inches earlier). From 7pm Sunday until 12pm Monday: Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Hardin, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, Union. Snow accumulations of three to five inches. From 5pm Sunday until 9am Monday: Allen, Putnam, Van Wert. Snow accumulations of two to four inches, up to five inches overnight. From 12am to 3pm Monday: Perry. Snow accumulations of one to three inches. Blowing snow from the winds will make for reduced visibilities. From 12am to 3pm Monday: Adams, Fairfield, Hocking, Pike, and Ross. Snow accumulations of one to two inches. *In most areas, these will begin with rain, mix, and eventually turn into snow. Many of these areas will have the biggest impacts right around the morning commute. Keep an eye on your local weather, and our page for the most current and up to date alerts. Roads may be slick in areas, and reduced visibilities from snow accumulations and blowing snow will be the primary hazards. Please take caution while driving in snow this evening and into tomorrow. Dont forget about your pets!
