UPNDs poor perfomance in the recent bye-elections was caused by internal flaws and not external flaws.There is an urgent need for our party to restructure certain and cardinal positions,and am not afraid to say that the party secretary general is not doing his job correctly...these are crucial times for upnd and we need a C.E.O who is not only vocal but vigilant and able to go flat out to sale,defend and rejuvinate party structures especially in remote areas.Our deputy secretary general is more outspoken,articulate and energetic man who should be given the full mantle to operate as upnd secretary general.Our public relations also needs serious attention as we approach 2016.The people out there are ready to give HH and UPND a vote but our internal organs are sleeping and miscalculating a lot of things,there is a serious lack of foresight.We demand for an immediate internal restructuring of sensitive and stratergic organs of our party.
