Umbrio Hot Job of the Day: Area Sales Manager - FMCG Sales, Delhi NCR Role Summary: This role is critical for Sales Function as it plays a key role to gain and sustain mind through displaying strong team management skills while being a people’s manager at the same time. Few key responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager would involve to lead, supervise and control his team of Rural Area Sales Executive & Urban Sales Officers for the implementation of the growth agenda in the area through the opportunities addressed by Key Geography, Key Channels, Key People, Key Categories & Brands, Sales Infrastructure & processes. Role Specifications: Planning & Organizing Role: • Developing the Agenda (Focus Areas & Enablers, Annual Plan) • Setting objectives (Targets at monthly level) • Stock planning & logistics (Launch Estimates) • Forecast Accuracy at monthly level • Interaction with regional trade marketing & sales development team to exploit short term opportunities in line with the focus areas • Area Review Meetings Leadership & Team Management Role: • Coaching the Regional Sales Executives & Sales Officers • Performance Management of the Team • Compliance with the In Tune Development Action Plan for engagement • Learning & Development of the team • Relationship Building Controlling Role: • Analyzing Area Performance • Touring by Objectives • Review of Focus Areas Qualification: • MBA from a premier B School in Marketing • Candidate should have 3- 5 years of experience in working / serving the FMCG Annual CTC: Rs 20 Lakhs Per Annum Selection Process: Please share Resume/ References 24X7 at: parul@umbrioconsulting / pronoy@umbrioconsulting
