Underneath the truth By: Cori Coleman Today we have this desire to feel as if the world revolves around us. My prayers go up and out for those who truly believe that their way is final, interchangeable, and irreversible. You believe that we must meet your standards of living. When it comes to you living your life, the only one obligated to meet your standards and your rules, are you. Expect less for others because if you have not evidently gazed upon the crowds of flesh suits walking amongst you, everyone is doing exactly what you are. Worrying about how they are to be treated. The phrase goes treat others how you want to be treated yet today it appears we want to be treated first and mentally alleviate our process of thoughts - to configure this reality where we feel more significant than we actually are. May not be right about a lot of things, but one thing I do is be considerable at all times. That trait has never failed me. Some of you out here are disconnecting yourselves from great friends and bonds because you are truly selfish. I do not care how much good you have done, and God does not either. It is never about you doing something right, it is bout why you choose to do it the way you believe to be right. Call me out, I over think-analyze and create thoughts that are too deep. Or perhaps I speak from a level of truth you all bury beneath your egos, which is the same ego that has allowed traits of the world and not the word - to consume you. You sit back and think about it, I have. Good Sunday everyone.
